Theresa Catherine Noah, 89, of Connersville, Indiana passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 8, 1932 in Rushville, Indiana to Oscar and Bertha Hood. Theresa attended Saint Mary’s Catholic School and Church in Rushville during her youth. She retired from Standard Oil Truck Stop Diner in Cambridge City, Indiana after 20 years of service. She loved being a mother and a grandmother, and spent her life taking care of her children and grandchildren. She loved Seek and Find puzzles, Soap Operas, Scratch-Offs, and her Catholic faith. She also enjoyed time spent with her brother Tony Hood as well as her sisters. Theresa was always very independent and raised 9 children. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Carlaine Noah, Debbie (Gareth) Eddy, Jimmy (Valarie) Noah, Connie (Dale) Smith, Lark (Gerald) Bricker, Kim (Steven) Lutz, Kay Pflum, Cheryl (Dean) Broyles, Tammy (Adam) Berkemeier, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Bill Hood, Bob Hood, John Thomas Hood, Agnes Florence, Rita Benjamin, Mildred Noel, Rose Ann Adkins, and Tony Hood. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 5PM -7 PM at Moster Mortuary in Rushville, Indiana. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 AM on Friday, December 3, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church, with Father Dustin Boehm presiding and burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
