Stephen Becraft Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Stephen Becraft, 61, a lifelong Rushville resident passed away December 13, 2021 in Rushville. Stephen was born in Rushville on November 23, 1960 to the late Lowell Frances and Dorothy (Applegate) Becraft. Stephen was a 1979 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School. He worked at Copeland for 24 years. Stephen was a member of Rushville Church of Christ. He was an avid sports fan, especially softball and basketball and enjoyed playing sports as well. Stephen leaves behind, his companion of 30 years, Roberta Logsdon of Rushville, 4 sons, Dustin Shane Becraft of Connersville, Mark Logsdon, Ryan (Lainey) Logsdon and TJ Logsdon all of Rushville, daughter Stephanie Becraft of Rushville, sister Melissa “Missy” Becraft of Rushville, brother in law Rich Converse, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Stephen was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Converse and niece, Kim Rankin. Services will be held at 5 PM on Friday December 17, 2021 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville. Pastor Chip West will preside. Friends are welcome to visit from 3-5 PM the same day at the mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
