O.V. "Bud" Jaggers

November 30, 1932 - January 22, 2022

O.V. “Bud” Jaggers, 89 of Rushville, passed away at his home on January 22, 2022 surrounded by family. He was born on November 30, 1932 in Rush County, IN to the late H.J. “Jet” and Ruth (Icenoggle) Jaggers. Bud was a 1951 graduate of Rushville High School. He married Darlene (Emholt) on February 1, 1957 and she survives. Bud was the owner and operator of J& M Machine Company. He was a member of Plum Creek Christian Church and also served as a Deacon. Bud was a United States Navy Veteran and apart of the Masonic Lodge. In addition to his wife of 65 years, Darlene, he is survived by his sons, Gregory V. Jaggers of South Bend and Danny Rapp of Rushville; daughter, Angie Jaggers of Rushville. He will also be missed by his 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Bud is preceded in death by his parents, sons, David and Robert Jaggers; sisters, Leona Sadler and Betty McBride. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 10 AM in Moster Mortuary, with Pastor Greg Jaggers presiding. Friends are welcome to visit the family Tuesday evening from 5 PM – 7 PM. Burial will be held in East Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Plum Creek Christian Church.
