Louise Stout Newton

Louise Stout Newton, 84, of Arlington, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022 in Rushville. Louise was born in Rushville on May 11, 1937 to the late Ira and Glada (Feeback) Haley. Louise married Robert L. Stout on April 10, 1954 and he preceded her in death on September 4, 1985. Louise later married Charles newton and he also preceded her in death. Louise worked for several years at Arlington Tractor Cab and also as a nurse aide. She enjoyed Crafting, sewing, crocheting, working in her flower garden and loved to dance. Louise is survived by a son, Melvin Stout of Arlington, 2 daughters, Barbara Stout (Dennis) Ellis of Rushville and Connie Stout (Jim) Smith of New Castle, a sister, Fay Doll of Rushville, 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and both husbands, Louise was preceded in death by a daughter, Anita Stout Hornaday. A memorial service will be held at 7 PM’ Monday April 11, 2022 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville. Linda Daubenspeck will preside. Friends are welcome to visit from 4-7 PM the same day at the mortuary. Burial will be in Arlington East hill Cemetery.
