Peggy Lee Bolyard

Peggy Lee Bolyard, 55 of Rushville, passed away on April 5, 2024 in Rushville. She was born on June 4, 1968 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Lonnie and Clairetta (Wykoff) Bolyard. Peggy is survived by her sister, Lonnetta Garrigan of Cumberland, MD, with her children Myles Keller Garrigan and Kassja Ivannak Demmick and Christopher Lee Bolyard in Arlington, IN and his sons. Adam Christopher Bolyard who lives in Arlington, IN, also Aaron Joseph Bolyard and wife Danielle Juza Bolyard and their four children and Austin Nicolas Bolyard who lives in Whitestown, IN. Her mother siblings are Brenda Kay Bolyard in Oakland, MD and Michel LeRoy Wykoff, Bardstown, KY. Her father’s siblings are Bobby Joe Bolyard of MD; Leo Dewayne “Jimmy” Bolyard, Oaklandon, IN and Goldie Green of Grafton, West Virginia. She has many cousins in Maryland and West Virginia. Peggy’s happiest thing to do was to write anagrams and to pass them out to spread God’s ways through them. She loved everybody. Peggy was bipolar which caused a lot of problems in her life. Her soulmate Donald Fields, who died 5 years ago, was very helpful to Peggy with this bipolar problem. When she got all excited about something and started ranting about it he would be very quiet and say, “Calm Down Peggy” and she would immediately calm down. Peggy and Donald went to get married; they were told that they would lose a lot of their disability money if they get married. So they decided to live together. They loved each other very much. One of Donald’s cousins, Dale Ann Kuhn was very dear to both of them. Clairetta is very thankful for Dale Ann. Thank you to everybody that has loved and cared for Peggy during her life. She received a lot of help and care from many people at Margaret Mary Manor Health Clinic. Peggy had been put out of her home on April 22, 2024. Due to her bipolarism she couldn’t handle the stress. She had a cardiac arrest that took her life April 5, 2024. Clairetta is sure Peggy is resting in heaven now without Bipolar and is with her Daddy, Lonnie Lee Bolyard who gave his life to God and answered God’s call to Mission work also as soon as he became a Christian. Services will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 11:30 am in Moster Mortuary. Friends are welcome to visit the family from 10:30 am until the time of service in the mortuary. Burial will be held in Rossburg Cemetery.
